Tesla: Paint options cut to streamline manufacturing

Tesla has narrowed its selection of paint colours on offer from seven to five, in an attempt to streamline manufacturing processes. Previously offered as a $2100 option, Obsidian Black Metallic and Silver Metallic will now cost $2800 in Australia and be considered "off-menu, limited edition" colours. The decision is a global one, not just for our market.
