Aston Martin Project 003 to get turbocharged V6 hybrid

The upcoming Aston Martin Project 003 will have a turbocharged V6 engine developed in-house, according to a report from Europe. Speaking with Auto Express last week, Andy Palmer, Aston Martin president and CEO, said the 2021 "connector" between the brand's Ferrari 488 competitor and the Valkyrie will run with a V6 and KERS-inspired hybrid system. "Yes there are similarities, starting with the engine - it’s a V6," Palmer said.

A US high school teacher is facing legal action – and $US4000 ($AU6000) in costs – after being accused of renting a turbocharged Toyota Supra performance coupe from a car-sharing service and used the vehicle in a racing competition without the owner’s knowledge. The high-school teacher from Indiana – and his team of female mechanic students – were on their way to compete in the 2023 U.S. Mile land-speed trials in Texas last month. The 2021 McLaren Artura will be unveiled on 17 February 2021, an invite sent to some of the brand's Chinese customers has confirmed. Melbourne City Council has announced plans to allow the public to suggest names for new roads and locations in the city. Names proposed for roads must meet the 1998 Geographic Place Names Act to ensure they are not duplicated or offensive, and support the local community interests – and they can can be submitted by community members, landholders and developers.
