Toyota Europe adopts Corolla nameplate for 2019

Toyota Europe has announced it will be adopting the Corolla nameplate for its small hatchback, sedan and wagon range in 2019, dropping the long-running Auris badge it has used for some time. All three versions of the European Corolla will be based on the Toyota New Global Architecture (TNGA) component set, replacing the separate platforms of each respective body style currently.
