Mercedes-Benz C-Class, E-Class recalled

Mercedes-Benz has recalled the C-Class and E-Class, over concerns about incorrectly-installed panelling on the exhaust system. According to the company, the left cutout for the exhaust system isn't installed correctly, and could make contact with hot components. If it touches a hot exhaust component during 'full-load operation' could make the paneling catch fire. A total of five units, sold during May 2018, are included in the recall – a VIN list is attached here.
