2018 Kia Cerato takes on… a Lamborghini Aventador?

In one of the more creative marketing campaigns we’ve seen, Kia’s North American arm has decided to pit the new Forte (2018 Cerato) against “one of the fastest, flashiest, most coveted sports cars ever”, the Lamborghini Aventador.

Despite the comparison being held at a race track, much of the focus is on both vehicles at a standstill – very clever indeed.

Anyway, we won’t spoil it for you, watch the clip above and tell us what you think!

Need a refresher on the new Cerato? It was revealed at last week’s Detroit motor show, and it’ll be in Australia by the middle of 2018 as a sedan, and later in the year as a hatch. The best bit? A GT model has been confirmed, and it’ll probably have a 150kW turbo petrol engine.
